About this product

Northline is a Shopify techwear theme built on Dawn for brands that sell technical clothing: three-layer shells, articulated cargo pants, insulated mid layers and modular carry. It has a dark, engineered look: graphite panels with an ice cyan signal colour, Chakra Petch headlines, Barlow text and JetBrains Mono readouts. Corner brackets, spec bars and a faint grid make every page feel like a piece of kit.

Because Northline is built on Shopify’s Dawn theme and uses standard Dawn sections, it keeps Online Store 2.0 features such as collection filtering, predictive search, the cart drawer and full editing in the theme customizer.

Built for techwear brands

Techwear shoppers compare numbers: waterproof rating, breathability, weight. Northline opens with a full-bleed night photo, an outline headline and a spec readout card with live bars. Product cards show a product code and spec chips, and on hover a spec overlay slides up with the size grid. The header has a command-style search and a numbered menu.

Signature sections

• Condition matcher – shoppers set the temperature and switch rain and wind. The layer stack lights up for those conditions, from shell to base layer, and the whole system goes in the cart in one click. You set when each layer shows in the theme editor.
• Rig builder – pick a base piece, tick clip-on modules and see them light up on the photo. The total updates live, with an optional bundle note, and the full rig is added to the cart at once.
• Spec compare – up to three products side by side. Each spec row knows if higher or lower is better, the best value is lit and drawn as a bar, and a switch fades rows that are the same.

Home, collection, product, cart, search, blog, article, about, contact and 404. The product page has a bento gallery with a target reticle, colour and size buttons and performance rating bars for waterproofing, breathability, wind and weight. The collection page has a photo banner, a sidebar with category, waterproof rating, size and price filters, and a condition matcher tile in the grid. The cart shows a free shipping bar. Every page has a designed mobile layout.
